yestreday we took a small tour of the city around our hotel!
our first stop was to this little meat market- they do the slaughtering on the spot so it smells... like... dinner.. you could say. I learned how popular english is, learning spanish is going to be harder than i thought. ugh. they even play english music in the stores! so its not much different except i cant understand what the food infront of my face is and America has much different health code rules.
Our next stop was a outdoor mall type thing, we were told on the weekends it gets insane there. i guess parents let their kids run wild there and dont really care as long as their smoking and having a good time.
The last stop was another big shopping plaza, inside was your version of walmart and ikea mixed into one, and instead of forever 21- k2. there was a spanish version of home depot, and basically everything else. Driving through the parking lot we learned how the spanish drive! HOLY COW!! Speed seems like the only law!
Anyway while we were driving through the parking lot we also found out they had suiage under the ground, it must not have been that far under- it was SSSOOOOO GROSS!!! i thought for a minute my head had been shoved strait down a dirty toliet
